Terms of Service

By accessing, registering for, or purchasing a membership to Masterful (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Masterful is a weekly 90-minute group coaching program for small businesses and their teams. Sessions are Q&A-based: members bring questions, Joanna Wiebe answers them, and discussion is sometimes opened to the room. Topics include messaging, positioning, copy, branding, sales, marketing, social media, and advertising.

Memberships are billed annually. The base membership is $5,000 USD per year and includes one business seat. Each additional team member may be added for $1,000 USD per year. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice; existing annual memberships keep the rate in effect at the time of purchase until renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable fees. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. We do not store full card details.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or the billing portal. Access continues through the end of your current annual billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

The account owner may add or remove team-member seats during the annual term. Seat changes may be prorated and processed through our billing portal. Each seat is intended for one individual on the account owner's team.

Members are expected to participate respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or terminate a membership, without refund, for abusive, harassing, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

All materials provided through Masterful — including recordings, templates, frameworks, and written content — are owned by Wiebe Marketing Ltd. and are provided for your personal, internal business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share these materials without our written permission.

Coaching calls and related sessions may be recorded for record-keeping, quality assurance, and training purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded. We make recordings available to members but do not guarantee indefinite access.

We share strategies, frameworks, and feedback based on decades of experience, but we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, or growth result. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiebe Marketing Ltd. and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms or the structure of the program from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
